Leading in the church is no small task, and therefore it’s important that we come together as leaders to be equipped, prayed for, and encouraged. That is what this Deacon Sync is all about.
Here’s a few details...
We will gather at 4:00 pm at The Branch. The “programmed” part of the meeting will last until 6:00 pm. Please make every effort to be there at 4:00 pm so that we have sufficient time together for prayer, equipping, and encouragement.
Childcare will be available, but as you know, we can quickly run out of space and the higher the number of kids, the more distracting it can be for parents. Our hope is to provide childcare for as many as need it. However, if you have other means, we would ask that you take advantage of those options (grandparents, friends, etc.). We realize that many of you won’t have other options and that's why we will have childcare provided. For those of you who might have other options, would you mind attempting to use them for this particular gathering? At the end of the day we would rather you be there, even if it means it’s a little crazier with the number of kids at The Branch. If you are bringing your kids, please do register them here so that we can plan accordingly.
If you’ve made it this far, it’s worth your while to know the last bit of information. At the conclusion of our Deacon Sync (6:00pm), we will host a catered dinner. If you need to leave at 6:00 pm we will understand, but we hope you’ll stay and enjoy a great meal together.
Thank you so much for your faithful partnership in the gospel. It’s a joy to serve alongside you all as we seek to point our community to Jesus.
